JAMIE CLAYTON SPANO
founder/OWNER
Jamie Clayton Spano is the owner and founder of Bare. She is licensed in the state of Vermont as a medical esthetician, electrologist, certified laser technician and makeup artist. She has been working in the skincare industry since 2008. Her passion is to help people feel self-confident and find their inner-beauty. She has focused her business around providing a warm and inviting atmosphere to all her clients, enabling them to learn more about caring for their skin. She believes skin health determines the overall health of the body, especially one’s emotional well being. She regularly travels throughout the United States and Canada to continue her education in medical skincare and laser technology in order to best serve her clients. Jamie resides in Essex with her two beautiful boys. When Jamie is not working at Bare she enjoys traveling with her family.
J. SCOTT STRENIO, MD
MEDICAL DIRECTOR
J. Scott Strenio, MD is a board-certified family physician who was in practice for 20 years in both rural Vermont and Pennsylvania before going into administrative medicine 15 years ago. He has been Medical Director for BCBSVT, VT Medicaid, and UPMC Health Plan before accepting the CMO position at VT Medicaid two years ago.
Currently, he is the acting Medical Director for the Vermont Department of Corrections. He is a member of the VT Chapter of the American Academy of Family Physicians.

Our wonderful spa director, Shelby Gillespie, has traveled all over the world on leadership teams opening boutiques, as well as working with other boutiques locally! Shelby loves her family and has made her home near her parents in Underhill with her daughters Delaney & Marlowe.
SARAH DIETSCHI
NURSE PRACTITIONER
Sarah Dietschi is a Family Nurse Practitioner who has been working in Medical Aesthetics for over 7 years. She is back in Vermont after several years in Southern California and is thrilled to offer her artistic eye and natural looking approach to patients. Sarah spent 14 years working in Women’s Health and spearheads Bare’s Intimate Wellness services. Sarah now lives in the New North End of Burlington with her husband and 3 teenage children.
Outside of work she can be found enjoying the lake and trails in the area, practicing yoga or cheering for her children on the sports field.
NICOLE NADEAU
REGISTERED NURSE
Nicole Nadeau has been thriving in the medical field for about ten years. Nicole was a labor and delivery nurse at UVM Medical Center for over six years. She is certified in both advanced neurotoxins and dermal fillers. Nicole’s passion is women’s health, and she is most fulfilled by her ability to make people look and feel their best. I addition to loving her work in the medical field, Nicole is also a Vermont business owner. Nicole resides in Williston with her two boys. She enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
DANIELLA NADALE

Daniella Nadale is a Registered Nurse with a passion for medical aesthetics. She grew up in Rhode Island, where she pursued a specialized education in Nursing throughout her high school and college curriculum. She is certified in Cosmetic Injections and IV Therapy.
Daniella thrives in creating relationships with her clients and helping them reach their desired goals with our Medical Spa services. When she is not at work, you may catch her enjoying the variety of shops and restaurants on Church street, relaxing by the lake, or walking around town with her dog Caesar.
KELLIE MALANEY
PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT
Kellie Malaney is a Physician Assistant who has been working in Medical Aesthetics since 2007. She began her aesthetic career while specializing in Plastic Surgery in California. Kellie grew up in Vermont, spent 20 years in California, and returned to her home state 10 years ago after reconnecting with a high school sweetheart. Kellie resides in Shelburne with her husband Matt, and 2 boys.
Kellie is passionate about women’s health, medical weight loss, nutrition, and aesthetic treatments that help women look and feel their best.
Outside of work Kellie can be found golfing with her family and friends, refinishing/painting furniture, watching her boys play hockey and lacrosse and spending time with her family and friends.
OLIVIA COUTURE
REGISTERED NURSE
Olivia Couture is a Registered Nurse who has been working in the medical field for over seven years. For the past four years she has been employed at the University of Vermont Medical Center specializing in Orthopedic Surgery. She has completed training through the National Laser Institute in both neurotoxins and dermal fillers, PRP, and advanced injectable techniques.
Olivia has an eye for detail and symmetry. As she has developed her medical aesthetics nursing practice, she has become passionate about helping others become more confident in themselves. Olivia resides in Georgia with her son and looks for any opportunity to be by the water. When she is not at work, she enjoys traveling, boating and biking.
JASMINE FULLER
LASER TECHNICIAN/MEDICAL ESTHETICIAN
Jasmine Fuller is a Medical Esthetician and certified Cosmetic Laser Technician who has been working in the Medical Aesthetics field since 2009. Jasmine specializes in skin care, laser treatments, and body contouring. She was a professional makeup artist for 10 years and also has a wealth of knowledge about skincare and laser services. Her passion lies in making everyone feel confident about not only their appearance, but also their inner beauty. Jasmine lives in Essex with her son and enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
LEIGHA MOLGAARD
MEDICAL ESTHETICIAN
Leigha Molgaard is a licensed esthetician and lash technician who has been working in the aesthetic field since 2019.
She went to school at Paul Mitchell in Southern California to obtain her licensure and took a lash course to learn classic, hybrid, and volume lash extension techniques. Her goal is to make her clients feel beautiful and confident.
In her free time Leigha likes to go on hikes, play board games, go shopping, and spend time with family!
VALENTINA MORSE
ELECTROLOGIST
Valentine Morse studied electrolysis at The Electrology Institute of New England (600 hours) and was certified in 2013. Valentina has also been practicing massage therapy for 15 years, and was a licensed nursing assistant for 10 years. In 2007, she received a Bachelors of Science from Johnson State College in Alternative Medicine and graduated as a Chesamore Honor Society Member. In 2003, Valentina also received two associate degrees from CCV, a Liberal Arts major and an 800 hour massage therapy focus.
ALYSSA LYMAN
CLIENT COORDINATOR
Alyssa Lyman joined our team in 2016 but gained a job traveling for American Airlines as a flight attendant. After returning home from Boston, she now resides in Essex with her family and 2 year old son, Brayden. She is passionate about the industry and all things skin care related. It is her goal to welcome clients in a warm and friendly manner, answer questions about treatments/services and ensure that their experience at Bare is one to remember.
In her free time Alyssa enjoys cooking, skiing, yoga and spending time with her family.
LYNN LENA
CLIENT COORDINATOR
Lynn brings 25 years of team building and direct client fulfillment to her role at Bare. Lynn’s specialty is identifying the unique needs of each client, and translating those needs into a clearly defined plan that maximizes the result for the customer. Lynn loves to travel to Mexico with her husband when not taking care of her French Bulldogs and Maine Coon cats.
